Our pack of 21 comprehensive lessons comprise content for Years 7 to 13. That means that from the moment students begin secondary school, until the day they leave, they are guided through age-appropriate and stage-relevant RSE. This pack equips students with the knowledge and skills to build healthy relationships, while remaining resilient against online harms and objectification. Teacher training can be provided alongside this.
There are 3 lessons for each year: 1 lesson for each of the key themes drawn from Dignify's mission.
The easy-to-follow lesson plans equip teachers to confidently deliver PSHE lessons on topics not ordinarily taught in schools. Our resources can be used in schools' RSE/PSHE lessons and in youth group settings.
When you purchase our Whole School Lesson Pack, you will automatically be sent any updates to the material that we periodically review. Our Lesson Pack is up to date with the new RSE guidelines being implemented from September 2026.
Harmful Social Norms – Misogyny
This lesson plan was developed in response to schools seeking resources to address rising classroom misogyny. It offers a framework for students to critically examine misogyny, recognise its harmful impact, and understand that their words and actions can either perpetuate or challenge it
