Nicola is a senior leader with a BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies and over 25 years’ experience across statutory and voluntary children’s services. A qualified SafeLives Service Manager, she has led the development of ISVA and IDVA services, counselling and therapeutic support, and the mobilisation of Sure Start Children’s Centres. She also works nationally as a Trainer for Parents as First Teachers, with a strong focus on safeguarding, trauma‑informed practice, and service quality.

With over a decade of experience in youth work, mentoring, and the creation and delivery of engaging programmes and workshops, Natasha supports young people through dynamic, evidence‑informed sessions in schools and community settings. She is an accredited RSE practitioner with ACET UK, holds a Level 3 qualification in Integrative Counselling, and has completed specialist training with the Sex Education Forum.
Natasha specialises in Healthy Relationships Education, covering topics such as self‑esteem, consent, and online safety. Her practice is shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience, grounding her work in a trauma‑informed approach. She is passionate about equipping young people to recognise their value, challenge harmful norms, and build respectful, healthy relationships.
