Nicola Lee

Associate Director - Community Services

 Nicola is a senior leader with a BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies and over 25 years’ experience across statutory and voluntary children’s services. A qualified SafeLives Service Manager, she has led the development of ISVA and IDVA services, counselling and therapeutic support, and the mobilisation of Sure Start Children’s Centres. She also works nationally as a Trainer for Parents as First Teachers, with a strong focus on safeguarding, trauma‑informed practice, and service quality. 

Chris Moffat

Programme Manager

  Chris has 20+ years’ experience in shaping organisational culture and promoting healthy relationships across staff teams and school communities as well as 5 years experience in leading national training programmes.

Formerly a Director focused on staff development and culture, he brings extensive expertise in building effective teams, designing impactful training, and supporting schools to create environments where young people can thrive. 

Natasha Jacobs

Senior Youth and Schools Worker

With over a decade of experience in youth work, mentoring, and the creation and delivery of engaging programmes and workshops, Natasha supports young people through dynamic, evidence‑informed sessions in schools and community settings. She is an accredited RSE practitioner with ACET UK, holds a Level 3 qualification in Integrative Counselling, and has completed specialist training with the Sex Education Forum.

Natasha specialises in Healthy Relationships Education, covering topics such as self‑esteem, consent, and online safety. Her practice is shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience, grounding her work in a trauma‑informed approach. She is passionate about equipping young people to recognise their value, challenge harmful norms, and build respectful, healthy relationships.

Tiffany Phillips

Youth and Schools Worker

 Tiffany is our Youth and Schools worker delivering workshops and assemblies on healthy relationships, consent, online safety, and wellbeing. With experience as a PSHE teacher and youth pastor, she supports children, young people, and parents across schools and youth groups. Tiffany is an accredited RSE practitioner with ACET UK and has completed specialist training with the  Sex Education Forum, NSPCC, and Youthscape. Informed by both professional expertise and lived experience of grooming and abuse, Tiffany is passionate about empowering young people to challenge harmful social norms and build respectful, healthy relationships. 

Hannah Roberts

Research and Engagement Officer

  With a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations, where she specialised in social research, gender inequality, and parliamentary procedure, Hannah now leads Dignify’s research, political advocacy, and communications. She works with schools, thought‑leaders, and young people to support informed conversations about online harms, digital culture, and healthy relationships. Hannah has experience in parliamentary engagement and evidence‑based advocacy, contributing research to national discussions on youth safety and digital harms.
