Education providers are operating within a complex and rapidly changing landscape. Online harm, sexual harassment, pornography and shifting social norms are increasingly shaping children and young people’s experiences — often before schools feel fully equipped to respond.
At the same time, expectations are rising. Safeguarding is a core priority, and education providers are expected to demonstrate clear, preventative and evidence‑informed approaches to relationships education and behaviour.
Dignify’s Staff Training is designed to support education providers to meet these challenges with confidence.
Our training equips staff with the insight, shared language and practical strategies needed to address harmful sexual behaviour, strengthen safeguarding practice and embed a consistent, whole‑school approach to healthy relationships.
Our approach is rooted in:

A 90-minute workshop to equip staff with an evidence-based
understanding on how to navigate conversations with young people
on sexual harassment, pornography and other specialist areas. This
will empower you to build a more inclusive culture and be proactive in
preventing problematic sexual behaviour.
A whole-day in-person training, supported by additional online top-up
sessions, designed to train your staff to deliver our Whole-School
Lesson Pack with confidence.
Our Lesson Pack provides structured age-appropriate lessons for
Years 7 to 13, supporting a consistent and progressive approach to
RSE in line with the latest guidance and rooted in research.
The lessons are organised around three core themes:

We strongly recommend that education providers complete the Dignify School Survey ahead of staff training wherever possible, as this enables training to be shaped around the specific needs of your setting.
Survey findings provide an anonymous, evidence‑based insight into students’ experiences of issues such as sexual harassment, online harm and relationship culture. We use this data to identify key themes and priority areas, ensuring staff training is directly informed by the lived experience of your students.
This approach supports education providers to move from insight to action. Staff gain training that is relevant, targeted and grounded in evidence, while schools are better equipped to implement preventative, whole‑school responses that meet real need and strengthen safeguarding practice.
We would love to hear from you, and set up an exploratory meeting together.
